GMA Ceremonies

To date in 2012, there have been 4 Gold Medal of Achievement presented in North Texas.

The following information provides a summary of the most recent changes and updates to Royal Rangers training elements.

New Training Available in 2012

Ranger Safety Online is now .... ONLINE

The new Ranger Safety online course is now available and replaces the Safety and the Church course.

This course will help leaders understand key safety issues that may arise during meetings, activities, and transportation. It will cover topics like proper approach to safety, principles of safety, personal and group responsibilities, assessing risk, and the importance of screening leaders. It is a required course for the Safety Level of the Outpost Leader Advancement Levels.

Rangers Ministry Academy 2010

Elements of the new Rangers Ministry Academy (RMA) are being phased in starting in as part of a nationwide transition in training. The RMA incorporates all aspects of Royal Rangers training, including specific training for church leaders and support staff, junior leaders, adult leaders, and trainers. This new process will replace the Leadership Training Academy (LTA) by Dec. 31, 2010, and incorporate all junior leader training at the local and district levels.

Advanced

Transition from current LMA to the Advanced level of the Outpost Leader Advancement Level

Information on the requirements to transition from the current LMA to the new Advanced Level of the Outpost Leader Advancement Level. Refer to the LMA Transition Flyer & Application to view and download the transition application and informational flyer/check list. We encourage all leaders who have earned the current LMA to transition to the new training levels.
